POWER YOGA

All fitness levels are encouraged to attend this class. The benefits to adding yoga to your weekly routine are vast.

There will be mostly intermediate poses with a few advanced moves. As with all programs, listen to your body and do your best. Your body will become more flexible and resilient with consistent practice. It is recommended that you bring water, a yoga mat, a full length towel and a yoga block if you have one.
