Roni will explore the process of designing and structuring AI agents tailored to specific needs. The focus will be on creating distinct personas for these agents, enabling them to collaborate and perform specialised tasks. This specific use case focuses on project assurance and demonstrate an example of persona creation without having to write any code.

This is about Artificial Intelligence in project management, we discuss prompt engineering, RAG, practical use cases and ways to enhance the way to deliver projects. This is not an introduction - it assumes basic working knowledge of AIs in the workplace. We also encourage networking and offer this event as a way to get noticed by project management recruiters.
