In the mornings, say goodbye to poached on toast and instead gorge on breakfast dishes like shakshuka with smoked labne (thick and creamy strained yoghurt), chilli and Turkish bread, Persian eggs spiced up with harissa and labne, or a mezze board loaded with breakfast bites.
