Blogging Strategies for Small Business (Evening Session)

Many Small Business owners are cautious about Blogging - but with the right strategies, a Blog is actually one of the easiest and most effective ways to promote your business and raise your profile on Google.

This session will :
• Take away some of the misconceptions about "Blogging"
• Highlight how blogging can help your business
• Demonstrate how much Google LOVES Blogs
• Explain categories and Tags
• Provide you with some simple blogging strategies
• Give you some easy ways to get "inspiration" for your Posts

This group is designed for Brisbane based bloggers and business owners to network, share experiences, learn from each other and collaborate - with the goal of improving your blog and your business.

Our monthly meetup events cover a variety of topics relevant to business blogging. Many of these topics are suggested by members, and most of them are presented by members with a speciality in that particular area.

Presentations are informal and interactive, usually with ample opportunity for Questions and Answers and often taking a "Roundtable discussion" format.

It costs just $10 if you RSVP early (but goes up to $15 on the day of the event).

A typical timeline (not set in concrete) :

5:30pm - Arrive, have a drink & a chat, order meal & Eat
6:30pm - Discussions/Presentation start (upstairs function room)
7:30pm - Official finish

You are of course welcome to stay on and chat/network afterwards if you wish....
