Apologies, I had to change our meetup location from King Island to Boondall Wetlands. This due to the time of the low tides- 7:27am and 6:41pm. The island can only be accessed during low tide, if not, our feet will get very wet, or we'll have to swim!

Sorry for the late notice but I will definitely re-organise a walk to King Island when the tide times are more suitable!

PLEASE RSVP so I can let you know on Sat night if the walk is still going ahead. If you don’t RSVP we will not wait for you.

Meeting time: Sunday 18th of May, 2025 @ 10am

Meeting point:
31 Paperbark Drive, Boondall Qld 4034
In front of Boondall Wetlands Environmental Centre

Transportation:
· Carpooling is encouraged. Leave a msg in the comment box to see who can help.
· There is free parking on site.
- If you catch public transport, you'll have to walk for about 1.5km, so better off getting a Uber!

Please bring:
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Water
- Food for a picnic if you’d like to stay a bit longer
- Pls bring your own food as there's no restaurant or cafe nearby
