It’s Finally Happening: Brisbane Design x ProductTank Brisbane – A CX-Focused Event

After months (ok, years) of dreaming, planning, and late-night idea-sharing, we’re thrilled to finally announce an exciting collaboration between Brisbane Design and ProductTank Brisbane.

This event is all about reconnecting with the core of product, design, and experience — putting the customer first. We’ll explore how cross-functional teams can better align, collaborate, and drive meaningful outcomes through a shared CX mindset.

Whether that customer is B2C, B2B, internal stakeholder, your next door neighbour. This event is focused on putting the customer in the spotlight! Forget budgets, forget external issues. This is a collaboration for us all to focus on!
