Are you ready for an informative and hands on session to understand what Service Design is? You’re in for a treat. We have two award winning and highly experienced design wizards, Tamara Pearce and Michelle Gastaldin, who have significant experience across service design in the public sector and beyond. This session will build a better understanding of what Service Design is compared to Product or UX design, as well as practical tools to add to your design toolkit.
