ages 18-30 trauma dumping session - get it off your chest with people who get it

No, this isn't a joke meetup event at all. I'm gonna be real, I'm really sick of small talk. I'm the kinda person who wants to make conversations that actually heal.

We live in a superficial society, and we deserve connection that goes beyond the surface.

By "trauma dumping", we don't mean sharing anything that makes you uncomfortable. Share as much or as little as you like. Come along to vent or just to listen in a safe, progressive and supportive venue.

I was raised by a family who worked in psychology and healthcare and I've found that holding space for other people's tough moments is incredibly rewarding.

Come along and bond in a way that's rarely accepted in society. Enjoy a couple icebreakers while we get drinks. No pressure to dive into the deep stuff straight away.
