NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and it is a way of understanding how the brain works and how we communicate. 1. Introduction: we will begin by discussing a specific NLP technique and how it can be used to improve communication skills. The first step in the training model is EXPLAIN. In this step I will explain the technique, including information that could include - Its origin, When it would be used, What types of problems it solves, how to use it effectively etc.DEMONSTRATE
2. Next I will demonstrate the technique and show you how to use the tool when working with a client in a 1 on 1 setting. (It is a good idea to become proficient at using the tools 1 on 1, before venturing into 1 to many delivery method).PRACTICE
3. Now it is your chance to take your first step to becoming an NLP practitioner. You get to PRACTICE delivering the techniques, and also being led through the various processes.EVALUATE
4. Now is your chance to ask questions, and to discuss the things that you learned about yourself, working with another person, and the process being used.NLP contains a wonderful set of tools that can improve every aspect of your life.
