Music theory meet up

Welcome to our music theory meet up group!

As a way to give back to the community, I am offering free music theory lessons to members of all levels. We have a few regulars now, so their level is at Grade 2 AMEB (music theory).

We have a co-host as our class is shifting to a 'song writing' focus while integrating our Classical music theory knowledge from last year so please give her a warm welcome when you meet her!!

Just bring a pencil, eraser, some manuscript and the music theory material that you are currently working on (or I can provide some free handouts if you don't know where to start).

We are a bunch of educated people who want to 'fill in the gaps' of our music knowledge.

This is not an opportunity for dating. If anyone makes the members feel uncomfortable, they will be instantly removed from the group.

We hold the music theory classes at the State library cafe (usually at the outside tables) but if the location changes, I will notify you via this app.
