Welcome to Public Speaking training Brisbane

To quote the comedian Seinfeld "the number one fear of people is public speaking, number two is death. That means people would rather be in the coffin than to give the eulogy" 

It's true, no other activity triggers unwanted, negative emotions and thoughts more than speaking in front of strangers or peer groups and this makes it the perfect training ground for confidence and mindfulness.  

Wouldn’t it be amazing to be able to remain calm clear and in control of your mind and emotions? Take a mindful moment and imagine the change this would make.

Our goal for you is to become more able to control your mind and turn your life experience into living proof of your own greatness, we know it sound very out there and that’s because it is!

We want you to leave the space of small and timid mind-set and be all you can be when you want to be it.

We have so much potential but often we belittle ourselves and that is NOT OK. Our workshops are the place to train you mind muscles and let confidence levels rise to access the very potential you admire in other people and to grow not only as a person but as an influential powerful change maker.

We work with you to be less anxious, nervous and overwhelmed or stressed and increase your confidence, calm, moment to moment control helping you to keep your cool in your everyday dealings in whatever environment you find yourself in.

These training sets are specifically designed for you to become able to consciously control your body language, tone and thoughts to drive your emotions by choice to the most appropriate and authentic self you can be. 

All training units are supported by scientific evidence and many hundreds of people’s feedback and success stories.
