Sunday Afternoon Chill in Roma Street Parklands: Games, Activities, Drinks + Sna

Join us in Roma Street Parklands for a relaxing, or active, afternoon. Bring drinks, snacks, park games, board games and a fun attitude for a chill afternoon in the park.

Where:
Lakeside BBQs in Roma Street Parklands, basically between the lake and the sportsfield of celebration lawn. Map is included in the photos. I will add my phone number to the comments on the day.

When:
I will arrive at 1 pm to reserve a table, but feel free to arrive any time between 1 and of course before 5 pm.

Food & drink:
Brisbane some drinks (and cups to drink from), and yes, you can drink in the Roma Street Parklands, and some snacks to share. There are BBQs if you want to cook something, but I won't be bringing any BBQ equipment, so you need to bring your own.

Games:
With a nice sports field, we can play lots of games. In past events we have played soccer, frisbee, bandmington, boules/bocci, jianzi cricket, and more. If you have something to play bring it along.

I will also bring some classic board games for people who are a little quieter and don't want to run around. So please bring some of those as well.

I will put up a stick with a red ribbon on it, and a sign saying Meetup. Number number will be added to the comments on the day.
