Guided meditation is a gentle practise designed to help you quiet the mind, release tension, and connect more deeply with yourself. Through spoken guidance, you are led on a journey that may include breath awareness, body relaxation, visualisation, or mindfulness techniques. This form of meditation is especially beneficial for beginners or anyone who finds it challenging to meditate on their own, as the facilitatorโs voice helps you stay focused and present.
This beginning of the new year, our guided meditation is an invitation to gently release old patterns, habits, and beliefs that no longer serve you. Consciously welcome new, supportive programs into your mind and heart as you prepare for the year ahead.
Our minds hold many learned responses and subconscious programs shaped by past experiences. While some have supported us, others may no longer align with who we are becoming. This meditation offers a safe and nurturing space to clear what feels outdated or limiting, creating room for clarity, growth, and renewal.
Through breath, visualisation, and intention, you will be guided to let go of old mental and emotional patterns and replace them with new energies of calm, confidence, abundance, and possibility. This process helps you reset, refocus, and align with the version of yourself you wish to step into in the new year.
There is nothing you need to force or change, simply allow the guidance to support you. Trust that your mind and body know how to release, receive, and reorganise in a way that feels right for you!

New Farm Library, 135 Sydney St, New Farm, QL, AUJoin us for a fun night playing Ultimate Werewolf (Artifacts expansion) , One Day Werewolf, Werewords and other social deduction games.
Ultimate Werewolf is an interactive game of deduction for two teams: Villagers and Werewolves. The Villagers don't know who the Werewolves are, and the Werewolves are trying to remain undiscovered while they slowly eliminate the Villagers one at a time.

- Secret Hitler In pre-WW2 Germany, Liberals and Fascists square off in an intrigue-filled parliament.
- Werewolf Werewolves have descended upon your village! Who will survive?
- Blood on the Clocktower Deduce who the Demon is through logic and bluffing. Dead players still play.
- Party Sushi Go! Pass sushi around a bigger table and take the best dishes. Save room for dessert!
- Codenames Give your team clever one-word clues to help them spot their agents in the field.
- Just One Give one-word clues so someone can guess one word!
- Deception: Murder in Hong Kong Interpret forensic evidence to solve a murder. Beware, the murderer may be among you!
- Tsuro Play tiles and move around the board. Try to outlast your opponents.

Beginners and new players are welcomed! For men and women of any age, ability or fitness level. It will just be an hour of fun and fitness kicking the ball in the park. Nothing too serious. Feel free to bring your partner or friend as a guest to the game.
