Monthly Stoics(Philosophy and Techne)

Facilitator is Courtney Shipley.

The topic will be 'Philosophy and Techne'.

At the meeting we will discuss some 'Techne' and 'spiritual exercises', such as the the 'view from above', 'Prosoche' and the 'Praemeditatio Malorum'.

This is a meetup for people who are interested in applying stoic principles to their lives or would like to find out more about Stoicism.

The principles within Stoicism are, perhaps,most relevant today and have a practical sets of principles for a good life.
