Talk overview
You almost can't escape the predictions and pontifications about AI and the future of work, but so much of the discussion tends to involve generic and broad sweeping statements, predicting a future work place anywhere from the dystopia of blade runner to the utopia of the Jetsons. While the debates rage on, what is not up for debate is the timeline, this is happening now. Join me for an analyst's perspective on the basic practical improvements on the day to day QA activities to position yourself in the next digital revolution.
Bio
James is a former QA turned BA who went from exploring systems for bugs to mapping them for improvements. He is a self described human-centric technologist who really believes that a good diagram (or process map) is worth more than 1000 words. When he's not talking tech he loves to share his passion for films, and the art and science of cinematography.
About our group
All Things Testing Brisbane Meetup aims to share knowledge in the software community about testing practices, ideas, tools and methodologies. All are welcome, whether you are a tester, a developer, or any other role. Only passion and enthusiasm are required.
