About us
Nobody got into the trades to do paperwork. Yet quotes, invoices, scheduling, timesheets and chasing customers still eat up your evenings and Sundays. This group is about getting that time back.
Who it's for
Owners, working bosses and office managers of trade businesses in Brisbane and South East Queensland: sparkies, plumbers, painters, builders, carpenters and everyone in between. Solo operator or a crew of up to 10.
What happens at our meetups
- Real examples in plain language: a voicemail, SMS or email turns into a job, a quote, a schedule and an invoice
- What's worth handing over to AI today, and what isn't
- Your admin headaches, worked through together with other tradies
- Short sessions straight after knock-off, with a cold drink and a bite to eat. Home in time for dinner.
What it's not
No tech background needed, no jargon, no hard sell. Bring your phone and your biggest admin headache.
Hosted by the TradiesPro team. We show our own tool alongside tips that work with whatever software you already use.
Join the group to hear about the next session first. Places are limited, so RSVP early.
