"Ripiena" means "Filled" and this is one of my favourite spots in Brisbane when It comes to authentic Italian Pasta. Nicolo` and his partner Anita established a few years ago this must-do Italian pasta laboratory with a specialisation in filled and regional pastas. I really wanted to share this place with you for an unforgettable gourmet Sunday Lunch accompained by my selection of fine Italian wines.
