Please arrive on the day approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to be processed through Security. All attendees are kindly requested to provide photo identification on entry. Please ensure that all members of your party are aware of this requirement.

Guests arriving by car must make their own parking arrangements, as there is no visitor parking available at Queensland Parliament House on weekdays. A member of staff will collect guests from the foyer of the Parliamentary

Please note that the dinner incurred a $55.00 booking fee, which is payable on RSVP. This will be refunded to you on the night. This also includes a non refundable Meetup fee of $5.

Refunds will be provided if a replacement is found, but will not be provided for a no show or cancellations within 72hrs before the event time.
