Week 2 in our 6 week workshop series will be building on the foundations of Adlerian psychology. This workshop takes a deeper look at one of Alfred Adler's most compelling ideas: that each of us operates according to a private, self-authored logic — a set of conclusions drawn in childhood about who we are, what others are like, and what we must do to belong.

Most of us never question it. We just live inside it.

In this 90-minute session we'll unpack where private logic comes from, how it quietly distorts perception, and how to catch it in the moments that matter.
Open to everyone. No background in psychology required.

Workshop Format:

Short explanation of Adlerian theory.
Discussion using open-questions with the whole group.
Encouraging self reflection and small steps of growth.

I would like to emphasize that this is not a counselling or counselling training session. It is aimed at general population who are curious to learn about Adler and themselves.
