Rescheduled!!!!

Our series continues the exploration of Adlerian psychology. This week we look at two ideas that sit at the very heart of Adler's thinking: superiority and inferiority.

You've probably heard the phrase inferiority complex. But did you know it was Alfred Adler who coined it first?

What does depression and narcism have in common? Could people pleasing provide us with a sense of superiority? What is the cure for low self esteem and the constant comparison to others?

In this 90-minute session we'll discuss all of these questions, discover answers and solutions that will move us closer to authenticity and connection.

Open to everyone. No background in psychology or Adlerian theory required.

This is not a counselling or counselling training session. It is aimed at the general population who are curious to learn about themselves and connect to each other.
