SOBREMESA Drinks are joining us all the way from Hay-on-Wye for a much anticipated cider tasting...

Founder Adrian Morales Maillo will share the SOBREMESA story while we sample their locally grown and naturally made natural ciders.

SOBREMESA's approach to cider making is simple: nothing added, nothing taken away. All of their ciders are wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined, and unpasteurised, with no added sulphites. Their mission is to encourage people to drink and enjoy the 'Welsh Pomona'.

The name 'SOBREMESA' is inspired by Adrian’s Spanish heritage and his time living in northern Spain: ‘Sobremesa is the time you spend at the table after your lunch...drinking and chatting with the people you are with. It resonates with how I want our products to be enjoyed; with good company and without rushing.'
