🌳🚵🏽‍♂️☀️Bristol to Bath Bike Ride & Lunch☀️🚵🏼‍♀️🌳

Hi everyone 😁

We will be meeting up within Lawrence Hill roundabout at 11:30AM and will depart at 11:40AM sharp.
Meet me right in the middle of the roundabout (post code above).

An entrance to the Bristol and Bath railway path is in the vicinity of the roundabout so that we can start our journey pronto.

Total distance to get to Bath city centre is approximately 15 miles (24 Km), which should take us less than 2 hours to complete.
The cycle path is mainly flat and it is very well looked after, I'd say it's quite easy peasy 👌🏽
There are beautiful views all around 🏞 and a few spooky tunnels as well.
We will be stopping halfway through for a short break (15mins) at Warmley Waiting Room, where they serve lovely drinks if you fancy one.

Once we get to Bath, we will have lunch in one of the many food places available in the city centre, most likely at Comptoir Libanais.
Or potentially a takeaway to eat in the park if it's sunny.

After spending a bit of time ambling through the city and grabbing a gelato, we will then either cycle back to Bristol or catch a train (£10.20 ticket) to return to Bristol Temple Meads.
We could then go for a final drink on the harbourside.

I'll check the weather forecasts on the day and post a comment to confirm that the event is going ahead.

I recommend you wear a helmet.
