We are moving our Meditation to an earlier time on every last Sunday in the month. This month on Sunday 28 October we will start at 4 pm and finish at 5.30 pm. Every last Sunday in the month afterwards we will start at 3.30 pm and end at 5pm

The Meditation is held every last Sunday of the month at Friends Meeting House, Champion Square, Bristol BS2 9DB. Join a lovely group for a beautiful evening. Lianka asks for a small fee from each person to cover the cost of the room and so forth. Therefore the cost for the evening is normally below £3 pp.

What is the Merkaba field?

Often called the Light Body, it is the spiritualised auric field. When all chakras and the physical, etheric, emotional and mental bodies are cleared and purified of blockages, our highest energies and consciousness start to be activated. This opens chakra points in our Light Body helping to activate the Merkaba. This is part of our Ascension Process in bringing Heaven to Earth.
