Lockpicking / Locksport meetup Bristol

Bristol Locksport is in its infancy, but founded by small group of enthusiastic security professionals and hobbyists who enjoy sharing their interest in picking and opening locks without a key.

Weather you are a veteran competitive lock picker who wants to pick locks in a pub, or an absolute beginner curious about how locks and lock picking actually works after seeing it in a movie, one of our events might be worth attending. Regulars at the event are keen to teach newbies how pick their first lock, and practice locks and tools are available at any of our or meetups.

With great power comes great responsibility:
• Don’t pick a lock you rely upon, they can and will fail.
• Don’t pick a lock you do not own, unless given explicit permission.
• Don’t carry lock picking tools with you, unless attending an organised event.
• Don’t teach your new skills to anyone who might do any of the above.

This is not a locksmithing, into to locksmithing, NDE or B&E class, and should not be considered as anything other than an intro to an interesting hobby, and a bit of fun.
