We practice Mindfulness meditation, based on the Unified Mindfulness meditation system. U.M. offers a unique, modern framework that anyone can use to cultivate a more insightful, balanced and fulfilling life.
# The Sessions #
Each session is designed as an opportunity for growth and connection, providing time for:
- Guided meditations;
- Explanations of WHY we practice;
- Group sharing insights and discussions;
- Practical ways you can apply what you learnt in your daily life.
# About Us #
Our experienced host, Eddy, is a certified Unified Mindfulness coach. He will ensure a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone - from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners, from any background - can learn and connect.

No requirements to join!
Open to all ages, of all backgrounds, genders, faiths, sexualities, cultures and incomes. No meditation experience necessary. No equipment needed (you can bring your favourite cushion or bench if you wish). Wear comfy clothing.

Sessions are completely free. We ask for a donation at the end (suggested £5). We believe that Mindfulness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Your contribution directly supports the continuation and accessibility of these practices.

Currently we're being hosted in Eddy's house, in Brislington (the exact address is provided on registration).
Depending on the weather we could be out in the garden, or in the spacious and cosy living room. We are in touch with various venues to start hosting the sessions in a more dedicated space.
