Discover the 6 leadership behaviours that inspire a shared vision

Details

So if you're leading a team, you'll already know how important it is to have a clear goal that everyone can get behind. But did you know that research shows there are 6 specific behaviours that leaders need to understand and demonstrate for their team to feel inspired and willingly push towards that goal.

It's not enough to have a target these days. You need to enable others to see themselves in your vision and connect with their values. After all, Martin Luther King didn't start his incredible speech with "I have a SMART Target..." he started with "I have a dream...".

There's an art to inspiring a shared vision. There's incredible power that can come from it too. So join us and let's level up together and pick up the engagement and performance of our teams.

Agenda:
6:00 Arrivals and introductions
6:30 What the data shows - understanding the components of vision
7:00 Member discussion around use of vision at work and appraising different approaches
8:00 Session ends

Bring with you:
An open mind, a notepad and pen, a willingness to talk about your hopes or vision for the future - however developed. Also be prepared to give/receive feedback with the group.
