Want to get faster, stronger, and build real fitness? Without feeling judged or left behind?

Welcome to Green Peeks Running's Weekly Intervals Session – a supportive, pay-as-you-go running group in Bristol, led by a qualified running coach.

Each session is £5, open to all paces, and designed to boost your speed, confidence, and form — whether you're chasing a PB or just want a fun, structured workout.

What to expect:

  • A fun accessible, suitable for all ability levels.
  • One hour workout focused on increasing your pace, with warm up and cool down.
  • Expert coaching from an England Athletics Running Coach.
  • Friendly runners, no egos.
  • Work at your own pace - the session is suitable for everyone.

We meet in Queen Square once a week, typically on Tuesdays although times vary to accommodate the weather and events in the area.
