Spanish Book Club: Sin noticias de Gurb, de Eduardo Mendoza

¡Bienvenidos al quinto encuentro del club de lectura en español!
El libro sobre el que vamos a hablar es Sin noticias de Gurb, de Eduardo Mendoza. Es una novela muy divertida sobre las aventuras de un extraterrestre en Barcelona!
Esta vez nos reuniremos en The Architect, un café en el centro de Bristol.
Las dos únicas normas para asistir son:

1. Tener un nivel intermedio/alto de español para poder seguir la conversación
2. Haber leído el libro entero 😊

   Welcome to the fifth meeting of the Spanish book club.
   We are going to talk about Sin noticias de Gurb (No word from Gurb) from the author Eduardo Mendoza. It is an amusing novel about the adventures of an alien in Barcelona. We will meet in the café The Architect.
   Little reminder of the rules:
   -It is highly recommended to have read the whole book before you attend the meeting, so you can take part in our discussion.
   -An intermediate/advanced level of Spanish is a requirement. The goal of the book club is to be able to discuss literary topics and enjoy them, not only to practise a language.
   -I will update some topics in “Images”, as a guide for our discussion. This is not a close list, and there is no right or wrong answer. You are more than welcome to share your own thoughts and opinions.
   -Please, if you cannot make it, kindly update your RSVP, so we are not waiting for people who will not turn up.
