Digital Accessibility Series: Episode 1 — Understanding What Users Face

This introductory session explores what digital accessibility really means by focusing on the lived experiences of disabled users. You’ll gain a clear sense of disability as broad, diverse, and part of everyday human life, and learn how common assumptions can create barriers that carry directly into digital design. The session also looks at the tools, strategies, and adaptations people rely on to navigate digital spaces, along with the barriers they encounter most often and how we can begin to dismantle them.
