Breakfast at Winterstream (63km)

An earlier start than usual in order to get breakfast at the Winterstream Farm pub in Winterbourne. From the start in Castle Park, it should take us less than an hour to get there, via Stoke Park.

After eating we'll continue the ride along mostly country lanes to the north, around Thornbury.

Total distance is approximately 63km (39 miles).

Meeting point is in Castle Park opposite the Left Handed Giant brewpub. I'll be on a black and red Btwin bike with a red bag. We'll set off at 8:30am, please arrive in good time.

Please respect that we ride in a group and the ride leader has to make decisions on behalf of the group, which should be followed.

The ride leader will stop for catch-ups, at junctions and hills. Please avoid overtaking the leader as this can lead to people getting lost.

Your bike should be recently ridden and in good order. You should bring a spare inner tube for your bike. This is to avoid holding up the rest of the group. There is likely to be someone on the ride who can help mend a puncture, although this is not guaranteed.
