Starting at the Nova Scotia Pub and leaving promptly at 5.45pm. A short scenic 10 miles, with a few climbs.

Were head into Ashton Court, climb up to the main entrance, out the main gate, left on the shared use pavement until we take a left at the George Pub. Then quiet roads to the steep down hill of Providence Lane. Back to Bristol along the traffic free Festival Way cycle path.

Were follow the harbour side path to the Mardyke pub. Aiming to eat/drink using the fixed tables/chairs next to the water. There is a new-ish chip shop next to the Pub. Plus DIY and a nearby mini mart.

Mardyke allows drinks to be taken over to the harbour - make sure you ask for a plastic glass (they don't get recycled by the pub, just place in the mixed recycle bin by the Harbour)

Please respect we ride in a group and the ride leader has to make decisions on behalf of the group, these need to be followed. The ride leader will stop for catch-ups, at junctions and hills. Please do not overtake the leader this generally leads to people getting lost.

Your bike needs to be recently ridden and in good order. You should bring a spare inner tube for your bike. This is to avoid holding up the rest of the group. There is likely to be someone on the ride who can help mend a puncture, although this is not guaranteed.
