Brixton Intercambio - Brick Lane Walking Tour

Join us on Saturday 10th October at 2pm for a fascinating bilingual (English–Spanish) walking tour through Brick Lane, one of London's most vibrant and multicultural neighbourhoods! Discover the area's rich history, from the French Huguenot silk weavers and Jewish immigrant communities to the arrival of the Bangladeshi community and the transformation of the famous Truman Brewery. Along the way, we'll explore historic streets, fascinating buildings and the stories that shaped London's East End. The tour will last approximately 2 hours, starting at Aldgate East Station, and will be conducted in both English and Spanish, making it a great opportunity to practise languages, learn something new and meet people from different cultures. Afterwards, we'll head to a local pub for drinks, conversation and a relaxed social get-together. Everyone is welcome, whatever your language level!
¡Acompáñanos el sábado 10 de octubre a las 14:00 en un fascinante recorrido histórico bilingüe (español-inglés) por Brick Lane, uno de los barrios más vibrantes y multiculturales de Londres! Descubriremos su rica historia, desde los tejedores de seda hugonotes franceses y las comunidades de inmigrantes judíos hasta la llegada de la comunidad bangladesí y la transformación de la famosa fábrica de cerveza Truman. Durante el recorrido exploraremos calles históricas, edificios emblemáticos y las historias que dieron forma al East End londinense. La visita durará aproximadamente 2 horas, comenzará en la estación de Aldgate East y se realizará tanto en español como en inglés, ofreciendo una excelente oportunidad para practicar idiomas, aprender cosas nuevas y conocer gente de diferentes culturas. Al finalizar, iremos a un pub de la zona para tomar algo, charlar y disfrutar de un encuentro social en un ambiente relajado. ¡Todo el mundo es bienvenido, independientemente de su nivel de inglés o español!
