While being alone is part of the human experience, the "loneliness epidemic" refers to the widespread and increasing experience of loneliness and social isolation across various populations.
Technology has undoubtedly brought us closer in some ways, but the deep connections that once existed within our communities and social circles seem to have diminished.

Research has consistently shown that deep connections play a crucial role in our overall well-being. Humans are inherently social creatures, and the quality of our relationships significantly impacts our mental and physical health.

Deep connections offer emotional support, creating a sense of belonging and validation. When we feel understood and accepted by others, it boosts our self-esteem and contributes to a positive sense of self-worth.

Let’s come together to share our experiences and methods that help us build and maintain deep, meaningful connections. This could be a personal story, a book, a podcast, or even a conversation with some wise friend.

We might be all at different stages on this journey. Some might be experts, others just starting out — and that’s perfectly okay.
