Join Broads with Books Book Retreats group for a day of mind and body stimulation. Grab your walking shoes, your phone or iPad, and your headphones, and come walk while you get lost in your favorite book while enjoying the outdoors. Studies show that regular walking can promote better sleep by increasing physical activity levels and reducing stress. And listening to a book can relax your mind as well.
Then, we will have a fun craft activity with Ashlynn Creative imaginations and leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to enjoy the rest of your weekend.
