Hiking in VT and NY - Mansfield, Worcester, Tongue Range

We will EITHER do full-day hikes on Sat. and Sun. of approx. 10 miles each at Mt. Mansfield and the Worcester Range in Vermont (on opposite sides of Stowe, VT). The Mansfield hike would be the steep eastern site. OR we will hike one of these, and make the other hike of the Tongue Range in NY (12.8 miles), further south of the campsite, also along the western shore on Lake George, on a mountainous peninsula along the lake. The campsite has a steep ledge overlooking the lake, and we will probably do a short hike there either late on Friday, or early on Monday.
