Pedal & Park Picnic series finishes the season with Pedaal!

2:30 pm: Meet us at Pedaal, 168 Brunswick Ave
2:45 pm: We'll roll at a leisurely pace to Biidaasige Park in the Portlands
3:30 pm: Estimated time of arrival.

Join us for the ride or at the park.

Everyone is welcome! Bring your own snacks, blanket (if we can't get a picnic table), and a smile!

Biidaasige Park is connected to the Martin Goodman Trail, and the Lower Don Trail runs through the park east and south of the river. There is a sidewalk and bike trail along Commissioners Street.

Areas to lock up bicycles and Bike Share stations are available on site.

Biidaasige Park, pronounced “bee-daw-si-geh” and meaning “sunlight shining toward us” in Anishinaabemowin, is located near Cherry Street on the island of Ookwemin Minising, meaning “place of the black cherry trees.” The park celebrates waterway restoration and reconciliation.
