The warmer weather is here and the time has come once again to bring back the Trotting Crusader's Camping Trips!
We have decided to choose an new location to keep things fresh! We will have trails to hike and beach lake to cool off in! Come join us on our adventure as we go camp for 3 days and 2 nights at Bass River State Forrest!

Also as another added interest there has been reports of Big Foot sightings at this site. Best bring the cameras and you might be lucking to snap a shot of the Legend!

Requirements to come...
$25 per person
A backpack to hold your supplies.
At least one water bottle. (We will be near a water pump source, but you need at least one container to hold your water or other drinks in, or a cup.)
1 Toilet paper roll.
Any snacks that you like, food to be cooked over the camp fire.
1 blanket or sleeping bag
1 flash light
Utensils and food wares
They have various nature trails that we can hike, so bring your most comfortable shoes. They even have a beach water front to enjoy the lake! So bring out those bathing suits, towels and sun block to have good time at the beach!

Any other sporting goods or games are also heavily welcomed!
ATTENTION!
This is a drive in campsite so pack things tight in the cars and they will get there when you get there so that we can unpack and set up camp. (Limit 6 cars, 3 out of 6 known)
To save on the time of travel and the costs we require that attending members to make their ways out to the Elizabeth Train Station (depicted on Google map). Make sure that you arrive No Later than 8AM! We are picking up people from the station to take everyone together to the Reservation.

From Penn station NYC to Elizabeth, NJ.
Car pool leaves around 8 AM, once everyone is picked up.

Also as another big note, everything from the reservation and camping supply has been paid for in advance so if you are able to do so we welcome if you are able to pay in advance to either of the hosts.
