Next Bronx and Yonkers RE Meetup/Mastermind in 2 weeks!!! June 13th @7PM

Hi Everyone,

Our next Bronx and Yonkers Real Estate Meetup/Mastermind will be on June 13th at 7pm. Location is 3470 East Tremont Ave Bronx, NY 10465.

Our guest speaker for this meetup will be Mark Fisher.

He believes that it is extremely important to communicate with realtors, attorneys and borrowers before and during a transaction to keep things moving smoothly.
Mark has closed many difficult transactions but he isn’t afraid to say no. If a transaction isn’t doable, he says no from the start saving everyone time and stress. Mark says that this is where many originators go wrong, by over promising and under delivering. Mark’s philosophy is quite the opposite … always under promise and over deliver. Set realistic expectations and make sure that you meet or exceed them."

Our meetups go from 7pm to 10pm.
7 to 7:30pm - There will be Networking. Get to know everyone.
7:30 - 8pm - There will be introductions, We briefly go around the room and introduce ourselves.
8 - 8:30pm - Guest speaker time.
8:30 - 9pm - We will analyze 2 deals live.
9 - 10pm - Networking. Building Relationships.

Again these meetups are very interactive. They are done to help us build relationships with one another, form partnerships, find deals etc... They are not done to push services, negativity, or anything else to bring down the group's morale.
