Our next guest speaker, former Army infantryman (thank you for your service to our country!) Gabriel Hamel, is coming to Manhattan to share how he built a portfolio of over 170 units (in an expensive market) after he tapped out tradition methods, using creative methods and seller financing to make deals where other investors miss them. And you can too! He's been able to get done more than 25 seller financed deals since he started real estate investing!

Gabriel will be sharing with the group how he started investing in a tough market (like ours here in the NYC metro area) and used sub-prime lending (successfully) to house hack his first few properties. He'll be dishing out some incredible information on approaching sellers with seller financing proposals, how to structure the offers, and showing them how it’s a win-win.
