Ms. Zwaryczuk, a retired public school teacher, understands the challenges that teachers face every day and through her carefully worded guided meditation journeys, enhanced with aromatherapy and the vibrational tones of tuning forks and Tibetan bowls, you will easily release the stress of the day and leave refreshed and renewed.
Sanitized yoga mats, pillows and eye coverings will be provided so you just need to bring yourself. .. but be prepared to leave the stress that no longer serves you behind when you leave.
