After an amazing run filled with watch parties, gaming nights, deep anime debates, and unforgettable connections — we have an important announcement.

The Brooklyn Anime & Gaming Meetup will be officially closing on Meetup.

This community has meant so much to us. What started as a simple gathering space turned into a real network of friends, collaborators, and fellow nerds who genuinely love anime, gaming, and thoughtful conversation.

But this isn’t goodbye.

We’re moving the community to Discord, where we’ll have:
• 🎮 Gaming sessions (console + PC + party games)
• 📺 Anime watch parties
• 🧠 Philosophy + nerd culture discussions
• 🎉 Event planning for future in-person hangouts
• 💬 A more active, ongoing space to connect
