Yesterday's in person session in Brooklyn was a powerful reset and clearly well needed, so I am offering an online version for those who could not attend or prefer the comfort of home.
This is a live, guided breathwork experience designed to deliberately activate and discharge stored stress, allowing your system to reset into clarity and steadiness.

Through structured breathing and integration, you will:
