Geshe Tenley will guide us in a meditation and mantra recitation practice, “The Inseparability of the Spiritual Master and Avalokiteshvara,” which was written by His Holiness the Dalai Lama at the request of his students when he was very young. This beautiful and inspiring practice is a wonderful way to create the causes for the long life of His Holiness and for peace on earth, while opening our hearts to compassion. It is also a wonderful opportunity to be guided by Geshe Tenley in deeper practice.
The weekend retreat and Friday teaching are open to anyone inspired by His Holiness and his teachings on how to become wiser and more compassionate. One does not need to have received any particular initiation to participate. The emphasis will be on the recitation of the Om mani padme hum mantra.
