This is a group for women (and men) experiencing Infertility, whether social (as in not being able to find the right person to have a child with) or medical.
I am turning 45 soon and have been very active on online dating sites and sperm donor sites such as Known Donor Registry and facebook sperm donor groups trying to find a known donor, for the past 10 years. I never found anyone I could see myself having a baby with who was also trustworthy too.
I am beginning to accept I only have a very small chance of becoming a mother with my own eggs from this age and up. Grieving that loss, noticing the passage of time, sorting through and obsessing over my regrets in dating, not wanting to use a sperm bank, etc.
