What we’re about
Group Goal
This group exists to provide community, education, and practical support for families navigating dyslexia and related learning disabilities. Our goal is to empower parents and caregivers with accurate information, shared experience, and actionable strategies—and to reduce isolation by connecting people who are walking the same road.
Who We Hope to Meet
• Parents and caregivers of children with dyslexia, ADHD, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and other learning differences
• Educators, tutors, and specialists working with neurodiverse learners
• Advocates and professionals interested in evidence-based literacy and learning support
• Families at any stage—newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or long-time advocates
What We Do at Our Events
• Facilitated discussions and parent roundtables
• Guest speakers (educators, clinicians, advocates)
• Practical workshops on literacy, school navigation, and accommodations
• Resource sharing (schools, tutors, evaluations, programs)
• Supportive, judgment-free conversation—no fixing, no shaming, no sales pitches
This is a warm, informed, and respectful space grounded in lived experience and best practices. Come to listen, learn, share, and leave a little less alone than when you arrived.
