I'm so excited to host this new Full Moon Goddess Circle with my dear sistar Kaitlynn Tassone of the Bay Ridge Sound Healing Center, and with Jenna Devine. Whether you live nearby or far away, you're welcome to join us and celebrate the divine feminine under the Hunter's Moon.

There are Full Moons that feel emotional. And then there are Full Moons that ask you to come back to earth. This one invites you to slow down, listen to your body, and release what has become too heavy to carry. The pain you hold doesn't belong to you. It didn't start with you, but it can end with you.

In this ritual, you will experience:
- Chakra balancing and a "You Are Enough" guided meditation
- Sound healing and a relaxing sound bath
- Heart wall clearings
- Breath work release
- Intention setting
- Manifestation journaling
- A smudging ceremony
- Somatic grounding for safety in the body

I invite you to release:

- Invasive thoughts
- The need to people please
- Caregiving contracts and old programs
- Binding contracts in toxic relationships
- Heavy energy stored in your body

Optional moon altar: nothing is required, but a candle, rose quartz, aventurine or pyrite, a journal and pen, a glass of water and a cozy spot can help.
