Join us for an in-person, group guided meditation every Friday at 3 PM at our studio.
This weekly session is a chance to unwind after the workweek, release stress, and ease your mind into the weekend with clarity and calm.
We’ll guide you through a simple yet powerful meditation that helps you let go of negative thoughts, loosen the busy mind, and return to a fresh, open state.
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about our deeper practice—designed to help you discover truth within, break free from the “mind world” of stress and habits, and open to the universe mind of freedom and peace.
Please come with an open mind and comfortable clothing, as we’ll be sitting on cushions on the floor.
