Post Thanksgiving Hike

Join me for a gentle hike and forest bathing on the SUNY Purchase campus the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We'll explore some natural areas under ecological restoration including the Blind Brook Forest and ascend to a high point for an overview of the area.
We'll meet at the West Parking Lot (tons of free parking) and hike for approximately 30 minutes pausing for a 5 minute guided mediation followed by a 15-20 minute nature journaling session where we'll journal our impressions.

• Meet up: West Parking Lot at the SUNY Purchase Performing Arts Center
• Specifically: the triangular area with benches next to the PAC entrance
• I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and warm layers
