Overview
Join me to walk the Snakapins and Wappinger trails that wind through maritime forests and marshlands.
We'll walk through Pugsley Creek Park from the starting meet up spot on Snakapins path to Wappinger trail, which will lead us to Castle Hill Point to a vista overlooking where Westchester Creek meets the East River with Whitestone and Throggsneck Bridges beyond. This walk is flat and mostly paved. This trail is a hidden gem, a pocket of wilderness tucked away in the Bronx.

MEET UP LOCATION:
We'll meet at the corner of O'Brien and Stevens Ave (see picture) where the trail begins. Street parking is available along these streets. If you're taking a car service tell the driver the address: 252 Stephens Avenue, Bronx, NY.
