Making Humans Smile
by David Lubofsky, Creative Technologist
When we begin to treat the people we work with, and the people that use the products we build, like actual human beings, amazing results will follow. From bringing out the best of those around us through better human treatment, to bringing joy and delight to our customers through thoughtful design decisions, this talk is about putting smiles on the faces of others, and the impacts doing so has on our world. And on the products we deliver.
David Lubofsky is a creative technologist, published author, and former agency owner who is determined to ignite widespread, drastic change in human treatment across business. Through 15+ years in advertising, he has consistently pushed on the barriers of design and programming, while concurrently pushing for business practices to be less focused on an employee's profit and productivity and more on their growth and well-being.
